How to Write a Good Title, Abstract and Introduction for my Essays?

Essay writing is a craft, a craft at which some are naturally good at and some who need to work hard to get good at. Like any type of writing, even essay writing has its own format and components to consider. Out here we shall discuss how to write a good title, abstract and introduction for essays.
The Title of Your Essay
The title is an affirmation for the content of an essay. So, it’s only logical to write a title that describes exactly what your essay will revolve around but without giving out the too much information. A title needs to be bold and catchy so that it captures the reader’s attention. It is also very essential to maintain coherency. Some people go on to write vague titles that have nothing to do with the actual essay. Always maintain clarity within yourself before you get to the title formation.
The Abstract of Your Essay
The abstract is like the summary of an essay. It has to include all the key points of an essay and narrate them in a gist. An abstract is generally a paragraph long, not more than 3-4 lines. While writing your abstract, be sure to cover:

  1. ·         All that you have researched and also mention the reasons why you feel it is important.
  2. ·         How have you been analyzing it?
  3. ·         What have you discovered and how is it significant?
The abstract is like a window into the essay. It is meant to let the reader know what is ahead of them along the thesis. So, if the reader does not find the subject or content interesting, they can save time by skipping it.
The Introduction of Your Essay
The introduction is a lot like the abstract but only more elaborate. The introduction covers all the points in the abstract in a little more depth and has to be very interesting to read. The introduction is what sets the mood for the reader. So, if you can write an introduction which is thought provoking, then you have successfully managed to write a good introduction. The points mentioned below should be present in the introduction:
  1. ·         Thesis statement.
  2. ·         Overview of the study methods.
  3. ·         Theoretical framework.
  4. ·         Reasons that bring out the credibility of your study with respect to the field of research.
  5. ·         A mention of the revelations of your research work.

Tips: Always write the title and abstract at the end of the essay writing process. This helps to write more relevant titles and abstracts because the title and abstract depend on the body of the essay. So, if you write both of them in the beginning, by the end of the essay they might seem completely irrelevant because your essay might have taken a completely different course by then.
